| BISHOP*WRIGHT,
P.C. has two different billing methods, depending on
the type of legal matter:
- Hourly
- Fixed Fee
Expenses & Programs.
Hourly
Rates
Generally,
the Firm bills matters based upon standard hourly rates
determined by the professional's years of experience.
The Firm's rates may be adjusted no more often than
annually. Any such rate adjustments are incorporated
into all existing Attorney-Client ("Retainer") Agreements,
which are automatically amended to reflect such adjustments.
(effective until 12/31/2005)

EXPENSE CHARGES
Long Distant telephone, facsimile, copying,
messenger and other similar charges (excluding filing
fees and court costs) are not chargeable for
matters billed at the above rates except to the extent
they exceed five (5%) percent of the client's monthly
bill. In our experience this practice eliminates, for
most billings, the expense to the client for such charges.
NON-CHARGEABLE CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS
We believe it necessary to establish and
maintain a close working relationship with our clients'
representatives. To further that end, for matters billed
at the above rates, we do not bill for telephone calls
of one-tenth of an hour (six minutes) or less, to and
from clients.
TRAVEL TIME
We bill only for actual professional services
rendered while traveling by air. However, we do bill,
at half the regular hourly rate, for travel time by
automobile, as such individual transportation precludes
the professional from engaging in any representation.
STAFFING
Unless otherwise requested by a client, the designation
of the professional to perform legal services is made
by us, based upon the degree of complexity of the legal
issue or matter. It is our policy to assign representation
to a professional with the requisite legal skills who
will perform the services most effectively and cost
efficiently for the client. Where a matter is undertaken
by a less experienced professional, oversight is provided,
without charge to the client, by a senior attorney and
counselor.
