For example, in most instances the Firm will establish in advance with the client a cost for the drafting of leases, deeds, business agreements and other contracts. Additionally, the following legal representation is generally accomplished at the flat or minimum fees noted, unless otherwise agreed to by the client and the Firm.

LLC - $1100 (includes state fees and kit)
Partnership - from $1000

Misdemeanors and Felonies*
State and Federal Misdemeanors - from $1000
State and Federal Felonies - from $2000
